When not in the studio, Ms. Phillips is Principal at B Phillips EVP, LLC, providing consulting services to government agencies and contractors including NASA and L3.

With over 30 years of experience implementing Earned Value Management Systems, she:

• Creates and implements EVM processes

• Administers key tools in the field, and

• Trains project control staff and project managers.

Her services include quick EVMS assessments, training CAMs to explain their numbers, and ensuring artifacts are traceable end-to-end and practices are followed, not just on paper.  

She earned the Earned Value Professional (EVP) certification from AACE in 2009 and became a certified facilitator for IP2M METRR in 2025.
